Or maybe you’re interested in the nationally-renowned traveling exhibition Positive Fragmentation: From the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation featuring work by artists such as Betye Saar, Lorna Simpson, Kara Walker, and others? We offer a weekly guided tour on Saturdays at 3 pm.
Our knowledgeable team will take you on a one-hour journey through the galleries with insightful stories and interesting facts about the works on view.
The guided tours are perfect for individuals and small groups looking for a more personal experience with the works on view.
Advance registration is strongly encouraged to secure your spot on the tour, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

Children & Youth Tours
Tour requests must be made in advance. Cost: $5 per student, required chaperones free (1 per 10 children required), additional chaperones $5. Prices may vary for specialty tours. Please note that Roanoke County Schools (K-1st grade) are free to tour the Taubman!

Corporate Offerings
Specialty corporate tours can be arranged for your management teams to use art and guided activities to build on leadership and team-building skills.

Private Tours
Large groups or organizations of 10 or more people can schedule a tour with one of our docents for $8 per person. Prices may vary with Special Ticketed Exhibitions.
