Homeward Bound: Juried Triennial

Friday, May 01, 2020 - Sunday, September 20, 2020

The Taubman Museum of Art is pleased to announce its second juried triennial, Homeward Bound, a major exhibition presenting recent work in all media by artists currently residing in Virginia. The museum invites Virginia resident artists ages 18 or older to apply for consideration. Presented in spring 2017, the first Homeward Bound shared the work of more than fifty-five selected artists, and the first-prize winner was Richmond artist Genesis Chapman, awarded a solo exhibition at the Taubman from March to August, 2018.

The submission portal on our website will open in early October 2019 and will close in early December 2019. Please check back in the following months for the open portal and the opportunity to participate in such an amazing exhibition displaying Virginia’s finest homegrown talent.
