Join Deputy Director of Exhibitions and Education Dr. Patrick Shaw Cable for this month's members-only tour, which will focus on A Moment in Time, a monumental yet delicate work by artist Alyson Shotz loaned to the Museum by patrons George and Harmon Logan. Intended to suggest a gentle rain shower frozen in time, Shotz's work encourages long looking and meditative pondering.

The discussion will include a comparison of Shotz's piece with two other recently installed works on view -- Untitled by fellow Brooklyn artist Tara Donovan and The Lesson of Atticusa six-foot-tall wall piece created by Virginia-based artist Eric Standley composed of thirty-four variously colored layers of PVC.

Due to capacity restrictions, pre-registration for this tour is required.
