Enjoy an evening to remember with inspiring artwork, delicious cuisine and distinctive wines.

Guests begin the evening with an optional tour of the museum's banner exhibit DRIVE: Iconic American Cars and Motorcycles from 6:00 - 6:30 pm. The tour will be followed by an opening reception and guided, coursed dining experience with live music. Tasting notes for each course will be led by head chef and owner of Blue Ridge Catering, Mark Baldwin, and winemaker and general manager at Barboursville Vineyards, Luca Paschina.

Amouse Bouche:
Maine Peekytoe crab salad rolled in Virginia apple with pomegranate, and microgreens
Paired with: Pinot Grigio 2017 and Merlot 2016

1st Course
Sea Island cream pea and carrot hummus with harissa roasted heirloom carrots, petit golden beets, golden raisins and savory pistachio granola
Paired with: Chardonnay 2017

2nd Course
Chopped kale, cabbage, roasted pumpkin, pickled pears, goat cheese, candied pumpkin seeds, with Barboursville pinot grigio vinaigrette
Paired with: Viognier 2016

3rd Course
Spicy peanut glazed pork belly, lemongrass-coconut seared scallops, with celariac-leek puree, curry candied apples, toasted peanuts, and micro Thai basil
Paired with: Cabernet Franc 2016

4th Course
Smoked prime NY strip with peppercorn butter, tricolored potato pave, and creamed winter greens
Paired with: Octagon 2014

5th Course
Crème brûlée cheesecake, wine compressed poached apples, apple cider donut bites, caramel mousse, tart apple gel, and gingersnap crumble
Paired with: Phileo
