Support the Taubman

photosThere are countless ways to support the Taubman Museum of Art above and beyond membership contributions. Gifts of all sizes help keep the museum strong and vibrant- offering visitors personal enrichment and lifelong learning opportunities.

Contributions to the Annual Fund help the museum maintain its financial stability and enable operational flexibility.  Donations go toward supporting a wide range of needs at the Taubman, including care of the building- a Randall Stout architectural masterpiece, travel and rental fees for outstanding national exhibitions, conservation of the museum’s impressive permanent collection of 3,000 works, and costs to offer engaging in educational outreach.

General support fosters the museum's growth, empowering the Taubman to reach out in exciting new ways to the citizens of Virginia’s Blue Ridge and beyond. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, gifts are 100% tax-deductible and go directly to areas within the museum where the need is greatest.

As a non-profit educational institution, and with the generous support of our loyal members and community, the Taubman Museum of Art will continue to provide free admission and engaging experiences that educate, entertain, and challenge minds.

Thank you for your thoughtful donation!

No matter what its size, your gift will play an invaluable role in the future of the museum and have an impact on all who come to enjoy.
