Drop in for a day of art and play!
These drop-in art workshops are available year-round, excluding seasonal breaks. All classes are taught by Museum Educators. Why is exploring art and creativity so important for young minds?

Strolling into Art (Jan 21, Feb 18, Mar 18, Apr 15, May 20)
Babies Welcome! Join us for a casual and lively discussion in the galleries—just for parents and caregivers and their pre-toddler age (18 months and younger) children. Expect a special kind of outing that allows for learning, art, and adult conversation where no one minds if a baby lends his or her opinion with a coo or a cry. Bring your stroller or front pack carrier.
Pre-Toddler Age Children with Adult
Every third Wednesday, 10:30am - 11:15am
Young at Art (Jan 22 - May 21)
Discover new ways of introducing art to your pre-school age children. Each week we will meet in Art Venture and travel as a group upstairs to hear a story read within the gallery space, making the art come alive in ways never before! After story-time, children will have the opportunity to create a hands-on activity in Art Venture or Studio One.
Children 2-5 Years Old with Adult
Thursdays, 10:30am – 11:15am
Free for Members, $5/Child for Non-Members
Artful Journeys (Jan 21 - May 20)

Each month has a special focus, with lessons that build in intensity for building new skills. Join us for the whole series, or drop in at any point for a day of artistic adventure.
