These drop-in art classes are available year-round, excluding seasonal breaks. All classes are taught by museum educators. Why is exploring art and creativity so important for young minds?

Strolling into Art
Babies are welcome! Join us for a casual and lively discussion in the galleries—just for parents and caregivers and their pre-toddler age children. Expect a special kind of outing that allows for learning, art, and adult conversation where no one minds if a baby lends his or her opinion with a coo or a cry. Bring your stroller or front pack carrier.

Young at Art
Our most popular children's studio art class! Discover new ways of introducing art to your pre-school age children. Each week we will meet in Art Venture and travel as a group upstairs to hear a story read, making the artwork come alive in ways never before! At each class session, children will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on activity in Art Venture.
